All payments must be made with US currency.
Billing:
Water Monkey Pools LLC will require payment on the first of every month. Water Monkey Pools LLC will pro rate any work that has been done prior to the billing cycle. (This applies to new costumers who have not yet had a full month of service). Additional services can be applied to your monthly billing or be paid Immediately upon completion. Customers can chose to make payments on this website by the first of every month, or be billed monthly with automatic payments.

Return Policy:
Water Monkey pools believes in costumer satisfaction. If there is a service that has been completed that you are not satisfied with and there is no resolution that can be reached between Water Monkey Pool Service LLC and the costumer, Water Monkey Pools LLC will refund all Labor Charges completed by Water Monkey Pools LLC. There are no refunds on Parts and Supplies.
Weekly Maintenance
We offer weekly pool service and maintenance. Chemicals are included. We keep your pool clean so you can enjoy it!
